Next Job Abroad is helping a Malta-based iGaming company hire a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will support customers via phone, chat, and email, handling payments, KYC documentation, and security checks.

The role collaborates with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams and offers shift-based hours with hybrid work and remote days. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer support, strong Dutch and English communication, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency and good English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in a call center.
• Structured and analytical mindset for handling cases and data.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift work.
• Eligibility to work in the EU; Malta visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve payment and withdrawal enquiries.
• Process KYC documentation and customer verification.
• Perform security checks on accounts and transactions.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Analyze customer trends and identify process improvements.
• Contribute to team KPIs and service level targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
