PwC Belgium is seeking an M&A Consultant to lead and contribute to integration and value-driven post-deal initiatives. You will work across finance, IT, HR, legal and tax in a collaborative, international setting.

You will translate complex operational topics into financial insights, drive value creation and support ongoing transformation in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • You bring relevant experience in M&A, consulting or project management.
  • Master’s degree with a strong academic track record.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

About the team

Within our Delivering Deal Value team, you will work at the heart of high-impact mergers, acquisitions and transformations. Our team supports corporate clients and private equity investors in unlocking value across the full deal lifecycle, from pre-deal strategy to post-deal execution. Operating in a collaborative, international and multidisciplinary environment, you will engage with experts across finance, tax, legal, HR and technology to deliver integrated solutions that drive real businessoutcomes.

What your day will look like

As an M&A Consultant, you will take ownership in challenging and high-visibility projects, contributing to both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery:
