Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class client service by listening to each client’s needs, advising with utmost professionalism, and performing with attention to detail. The role includes meeting KPIs and commercial targets in a luxury retail environment.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish) are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
Strong sales and storytelling capabilities.
Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Deliver inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels with a sales-driven approach.
Advise and assist clients across markets with personalized recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships by understanding preferences and proactively meeting needs.
Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve issues while upholding high service standards.
Ensure accurate information in the system and follow-up in relevant databases.
