The role requires fluency in French and English, a polished appearance, and the ability to coordinate with security and sales staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Strong interpersonal and hospitality mindset.
• Welcoming and grooming appearance is important.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store.
• Be the first impression, convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity.
• Manage store traffic and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate.
• Use in-store tools to respond to clients and manage appointments.
• Maintain the welcoming area inside and outside the store.
