The Role:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, reflecting the brand’s values and luxury service standards.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with both local and international clientele through a proactive clienteling approach.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and boutique targets.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards and maintain an elevated boutique environment.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock management, organisation, and overall store excellence.

Profile:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, with a strong understanding of high-end client expectations.
• Strong clienteling skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional and personalised service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Passionate about luxury, fashion, and storytelling, with the ability to convey brand heritage and values to clients.
