Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated Low-Code Platform Administrator to support the administration, governance, and optimization of enterprise low-code platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform. You will ensure platform reliability, security, and continued improvement while enabling business process automation and digital transformation.

The role requires strong problem-solving, collaboration with international teams, and experience in ALM, integrations, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• Experience administering a low-code platform such as ServiceNow or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of platform configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain low-code platforms (ServiceNow, Power Platform).
• Manage user access, roles and security configurations.
• Oversee CMDB and Service Catalog items for automated workflows.
• Implement governance, DLP policies, and data integrity controls.
