Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) in Belgium is seeking a Copilot Studio Platform Administrator to operate and maintain a secure Microsoft Copilot Studio environment for business users. In this role you will manage platform administration, environment lifecycle, security configurations, deployments, and user enablement, collaborating with IT Security and the Product Owner.

Dutch/French plus English required; you will also organize trainings and provide hands-on support to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Experience operating and securing Microsoft Copilot Studio environments.
• Ability to train and enable citizen developers.
• Multilingual: Dutch and/or French plus English.

Are you an expert in Microsoft Power Platform administration with a passion for enabling citizen developers? We're looking for a Copilot Studio Platform Administrator to operate and maintain a secure, stable, and compliant Microsoft Copilot Studio environment for business users!

Service Description

Operate and maintain the Microsoft Copilot Studio platform to ensure a secure, stable, and compliant environment for citizen developers and business users. The role covers platform administration, environment management, security configuration, deployment operations, and user enablement — working closely with the Product Owner, IT Security, and platform users. The role supports the governance process but does not own it, aligning with an operational model where IT administers access, environments, production promotion, and platform support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Copilot Studio platform and related Power Platform components
• Manage governance topics for Copilot Studio in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. IT Security)
• Manage the deployment lifecycle across development, acceptance & production environments
• Act as the first point of technical contact for Copilot Studio platform users
• Organize trainings, workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours
