Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated Low-Code Platform Administrator to support the administration, governance, and optimization of enterprise low-code platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform. You will ensure platform reliability, security, and continued improvement while enabling business process automation and digital transformation.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Low-Code Platform Administrator to support the administration, governance, and optimization of enterprise low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring platform reliability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain low-code platforms, including ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security configurations.
• Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Configure and manage Power Platform governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using tools such as Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor platform performance, system health, license consumption, and capacity utilization.
• Optimize license allocation and usage to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with vendor agreements.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities with minimal business disruption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and platform-related challenges.
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows, automation, and business process solutions.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and operational insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including version control, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Manage data imports, exports, integrations, transform maps, and external system connections.
• Maintain integration hubs and APIs for seamless data exchange.

ServiceNow Specific Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate asset relationships and data quality.
• Configure and manage Service Catalog items and request workflows to automate service delivery.

Power Platform Specific Responsibilities

• Manage and govern Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and compliance controls.
• Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering a low-code platform such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of platform configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience identifying system bottlenecks and implementing optimization measures.
• Understanding of workflow engines and business process automation.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Familiarity with user access management, role administration, and security controls.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for UI customization.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience managing data imports, exports, and integrations.

For Other Low-Code Platforms

• Administrator-level certification for the relevant platform.
