Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Low-Code Platform Architect to lead design, governance, and evolution of enterprise Low-Code solutions. The role focuses on ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on architecture, integrations, security, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow architecture and administration.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Strong Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse.
• REST/SOAP integration and data modeling knowledge.
• ITIL 4 knowledge and governance experience.
• Platform security, compliance, and governance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Low-Code solutions using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Lead architecture and design activities for Low-Code applications, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Define platform architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, release planning, feature adoption, and instance strategy.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
