EP Equipment is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee international shipments, manage warehouse flows across Belgium and Germany, and ensure on-time deliveries within the supply chain.

You will liaise with freight partners and customs authorities, monitor shipment statuses, support stock counts, and drive process improvements while maintaining a hands-on approach with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage) and digital logistics processes
• Understanding of international transportation and customs procedures
• A hands-on mindset and willingness to support operational activities when required
• Fluent in Dutch, good English skills for working in an international environment

Your responsibilities

As our Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. From coordinating international shipments and warehouse activities to supporting timely deliveries, you will help keep our supply chain moving.

Logistics & Freight Management

You will plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that goods are handled accurately and delivered on time. You will manage warehouse flows across our locations in Belgium and Germany, coordinate container bookings through our ERP system, and support monthly stock counts.

Operational Coordination

For international shipments, you will liaise with freight partners, relevant stakeholders and customs authorities to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance.

You will also monitor shipment and package statuses and ensure that scanning, distribution and handover processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Communication & Problem Solving

You will serve as the first point of contact for questions related to warehouses, transportation and shipment status.When unexpected issues arise, you will respond quickly and proactively, coordinate the necessary actions and keep all relevant stakeholders informed.

Process Improvement & Administration

You will actively identify opportunities to improve our logistics and warehouse processes and contribute ideas that increase operational efficiency.

Teamwork & Operational Excellence

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that shipments are processed on time and ready for delivery to our drivers. You will maintain accurate reports on shipment movements, incidents and operational status and ensure appropriate follow-up.

And when needed, you are happy to take a hands‑on approach and support the team with operational tasks.
