ECS European Containers Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Planner to coordinate loading/unloading activities, supervise a team, and ensure safe, efficient operations at Zeebrugge port. You will serve as the main contact for drivers, manage transport documentation, and oversee dock and yard processes to maintain smooth logistics flows.

Responsabilités

As a Warehouse Planner, you are the vital link between transportation and warehouse operations. You coordinate loading and unloading activities, supervise team members, and ensure that everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Thanks to your organizational skills, our logistics operations continue to run smoothly.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for drivers.
• You prepare transport documents and ensure all necessary information is accurately entered into the systems.
• You coordinate and monitor warehouse loading and unloading operations through the designated systems.
• You ensure efficient parking and yard management.
• You supervise tug drivers and warehouse operators and, when necessary, support operations directly on the warehouse floor.
• You oversee dock drivers and ensure the correct administrative processing of all activities.

Working Hours

Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:06 PM
Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:06 PM

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; conversational French.
• Strong diplomatic and communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Efficient, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Assertive, flexible, and commercially minded.
• Able to work in a structured and organized manner within a team environment.
