EP Equipment is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee international shipments, manage warehouse flows across Belgium and Germany, and ensure on-time deliveries within the supply chain.

You will liaise with freight partners and customs authorities, monitor shipment statuses, support stock counts, and drive process improvements while maintaining a hands-on approach with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage) and digital logistics processes
• Understanding of international transportation and customs procedures
• A hands-on mindset and willingness to support operational activities when required
• Fluent in Dutch, good English skills for working in an international environment

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and oversee warehouse activities
• Plan and manage warehouse flows across Belgium and Germany, including container bookings
• Liaise with freight partners and customs authorities to ensure smooth transport
• Monitor shipment statuses and ensure accurate scanning and handover processes
• Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency
