Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels recherche un Agent Logistique Entrepôt pour assurer le flux physique et IT des pièces dans la zone de préparation et l'entrepôt, en lien avec le Responsable Conclusion et le Directeur Supply Chain.

Vous serez impliqué dans le support production, la traçabilité des pièces et l'optimisation des méthodes de travail, avec une organisation en deux équipes et un objectif d'autonomie sous six mois.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de niveau secondaire supérieur ou technique, avec une première expérience en logistique.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, ERP) et permis de chariot élévateur.
• Souhaite devenir opérationnel et autonome sous six mois après formation.
• Bonnes aptitudes en communication, esprit pratique et sens de l'initiative.
• Esprit d'équipe et adaptabilité.
• Travail en 2 équipes: 6h-14h puis 14h-22h.
• Maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais et niveau basique dans la seconde langue, bon anglais.

Responsibilities

• Vous assurez le support logistique pour la production et anticipez les besoins des visites d'atelier.
• Vous gérez l'arrivée des pièces moteur en production en assurant leur traçabilité.
• Vous gérez les priorités des modules à préparer et à libérer.
• Vous garantissez propreté et emballage correct des pièces en magasin.
• Vous suivez les instructions de travail et de sécurité du poste.
• Vous respectez les règles qualité et la gestion logistique/administrative.
• Vous stimulez le partage de connaissances au sein du groupe.
• Vous prenez des initiatives et propose des améliorations méthodes et technologies.
• Vous entretenez des relations constructives avec la production et les configurateurs.

The Logistic Warehouse Officer is responsible for the physical flow, the IT flow and the traceability of parts and modules in the preparation area before assembly and in the warehouse. He works in a production environment and reports to the Completion Manager, who in turn reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Your role:

• You provide logistical support for production, where needed, and anticipate the needs for the realization of the ?Shop Visit' of modules and engines.
• You manage the incoming flow of engine parts in production by ensuring their traceability.
• You ensure the management of priorities vis-à-vis the modules to be prepared and released.
• You guarantee the cleanliness and correct packaging of the parts in the store.
• You follow the work and safety instructions specific to the workstation and the company.
• You respect the internal quality regulations and the rules of logistics and administrative management of the company.
• You stimulate the sharing of knowledge in the group.
• You take initiatives and make proposals in the context of continuous improvement, pro-actively evaluate, coordinate the improvement of current work methods and new technologies as they arise.You maintain constructive and effective relations with production, configurators and other colleagues.

Your profile:

• You hold a higher secondary or technical education degree or have equivalent experience, with a basic understanding of logistics. A degree in logistics or a related field is a strong advantage.
• You are proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, ERP) and hold a valid license for lifting equipment.
• You strive to become fully operational and autonomous within six months, following a period of training and learning.
• You possess strong communication skills, practical thinking, and initiative, while actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• You are a team player with an open and adaptable mindset.
• You work in a two-shift system: one week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by a week from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• You are fluent in either French or Dutch, have at least a basic understanding of the second national language, and with a good level of English.
