Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Officer to ensure smooth physical and IT flow of parts, from receipt to release. You will work in a production environment, reporting to the Completion Manager in a multinational setting at Brussels Airport.

You will join a two-shift system, ensuring traceability, correct packaging, and compliance with safety and quality rules, while promoting knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary or technical education degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, ERP) and hold a valid lifting equipment license.
• Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for production, where needed, and anticipate the needs for the realization of the 'Shop Visit' of modules and engines.
• Manage the incoming flow of engine parts in production by ensuring their traceability.
• Ensure the management of priorities vis‑à‑vis the modules to be prepared and released.
• Guarantee the cleanliness and correct packaging of the parts in the store.
• Follow the work and safety instructions specific to the workstation and the company.
• Respect the internal quality regulations and the rules of logistics and administrative management of the company.
• Stimulate the sharing of knowledge in the group and propose improvements.
