Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Logistics and Planning Consultant to support logistics processes, inventory management and scheduling for field technicians on European projects.

You will coordinate with field technicians, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, monitor activities and maintain accurate stock levels, while developing basic reports and drafting operational procedures. Fluency in English and French is required; ITIL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed with 3 years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Experience with quality control of incoming IT material versus orders.
• Good knowledge of the IT consumer market products.
• Knowledge of workload planning and analysis of user requests.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• ITIL V4/V5 Foundation Certification is a strong asset; willing to complete it within 3 months of start.

Responsabilités

• Support logistics processes, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and receipt of goods.
• Manage physical inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate records and availability of materials.
• Coordinate and maintain stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and inventory updates.
• Plan and create work orders for field technicians based on operational requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate with field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution of activities.
• Monitor logistics and planning activities, identify discrepancies or delays, and provide timely updates and follow-up.
• Maintain correct defined inventory levels for the client's products.
• Develop basic reports on activities and participate in the drafting of operational procedures.
