Netcompany Belgium is seeking an IT Logistics Operations Agent to manage IT logistics requests and asset lifecycles across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will register, track, and coordinate movements in ServiceNow HAM and ABAC asset forms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain asset data, and contribute to continuous improvements while communicating in English and French at B2 level.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT logistics, asset management, stock coordination or similar.
• Understanding of IT equipment logistics and asset lifecycle including delivery, collection and returns.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, HAM experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage asset records, transactions and inventory data accurately.
• MS Office skills; Excel and Outlook; strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English and French (minimum B2).
• Experience with ABAC Assets Forms, EU institutions, ITIL or asset audits is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review and validate IT logistics requests from end-users and stakeholders.
• Register, update, assign and track requests in ServiceNow HAM throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate approved requests into logistics actions: equipment preparation, delivery, collection, relocation and swap.
• Perform asset administration updates in ABAC Assets Forms per procedures.
• Coordinate IT equipment movements with warehouse and field teams across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Monitor open requests, follow up on actions, identify blockers and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate asset, stock and inventory information; support checks and audits.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to process improvements.
