Amaris Consulting is seeking a Central Planning Specialist to coordinate field activities and optimize resource planning in Belgium. You will act as the main contact between customers, field engineers and internal teams to ensure high service quality and timely interventions.

You will manage resource allocation for preventive maintenance, repairs, deployments and on-call duties, while maintaining CRM data and promoting digital support channels for customers. Fluency in FR, NL and EN is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer-facing attitude with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize.
• Negotiation and influencing skills to adjust planning.
• Comfortable with Windows and Google Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Plan and allocate resources to cover all activities: preventive maintenance, dispatch repairs, modifications, meetings, trainings, holidays, sick leaves and on-call duties.
• Participate in a rotation scheme to alternate between dispatch management and service activities planning.
• Manage LocalSupport mailbox and coordinate interventions with Field Resources.
• Use Knowledge Matrix to assign the most qualified FSE considering availability and SLA.
• Create and update Cases and Work Orders in the CRM with RCSC coordination.
• Ensure troubleshooting information is transferred to Field resources and prepared for activities.
• Maintain CRM and contact database and promote digital communication with customers.
• Act as key contact for customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
