Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Logistics and Planning Consultant to optimize logistics processes, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with field technicians and suppliers. You will create work orders, monitor deliveries, and support operational procedures in a fast-paced European context.

The role requires strong English and French, experience with IT material quality checks, and solid MS Office skills, with ITIL certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education with 3 years relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience with quality control of incoming IT material versus orders.
• Good knowledge of IT consumer market products.
• Knowledge of workload planning and analysis of user requests.
• Very good skills in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support logistics processes, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and receipt of goods.
• Manage physical inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate records and availability of materials.
• Coordinate and maintain stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and inventory updates.
• Plan and create work orders for field technicians based on operational requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate with field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution of activities.
• Monitor logistics and planning activities, identify discrepancies or delays, and provide timely updates and follow-up.
• Maintain correct defined inventory levels for the client's products.
• Develop basic reports on activities and participate in the drafting of operational procedures.
