Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Beerse seeks an Allround Operations Administrator to blend administrative precision with hands-on logistics support. You will handle order follow-up, transport coordination, and export documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations.

In this role you collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and international partners to guarantee accurate, timely deliveries. English proficiency and knowledge of import/export docs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Affinity with logistics processes and supply chain activities.
• Works accurately and organized.
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented.
• Communicates well with stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, transport rules, hazardous goods and L/C processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth goods flows following procedures.
• Coordinate transports and shipments; support export documents and L/C processes.
• Prepare and manage transport and customs documents per regulations.
• Support compliance, record retention and administrative processing.
