Johnson & Johnson Beerse distribution center is seeking an Allround Operations Administrator to combine administrative expertise with operational support across transport, export documentation, and LC processes in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams, carriers and international stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely and efficient goods flows, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and continuous improvement. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Affinity with logistics processes and supply chain activities.
• Precise, organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistics and operational support across multiple domains such as order follow-up and transport coordination.
• Support distribution planning and tracking of logistics processes.
• Coordinate transports and shipments, and manage export-related documents.
• Handle letters of credit processes and banking document submission.
• Contribute to compliance and administrative record retention and archiving.
• Train and knowledge-share with colleagues on the job.
