Qualifications

• Master or bachelor in a scientific or economic field.
• Knowledge of clinical studies or willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements (Quality/GMP).
• Strong organization and ability to work in an international setting.

Responsabilités

• Set up master data for clinical studies distribution from the Beerse distribution center.
• Accurately maintain data in diverse databases and systems.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote lean processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process daily clinical orders in SAP and handle shipping documents.
• Create process flows in Power Automate and dashboards in Power BI.
• Provide support to the Clinical Distribution Team as needed.
