Acolad group, a global leader in language and content solutions, seeks an HR Generalist to support the complete employee lifecycle and ensure high-quality data and compliance across regions. The role partners with managers, oversees onboarding, payroll coordination where needed, and HR program delivery in a multi-team environment.
English proficiency is mandatory; 3–5 years in HR operations or generalist roles is expected, with strong knowledge of HR systems and cross-functional collaboration.

The Local HR supports the delivery of core human resources services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience. This role partners with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR processes, supports key initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and contributes to the continuous improvement of HR practices. Working within a global or multi‑team environment, the HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
