• Coordinate, organize, and deliver training sessions.
• Maintain & update training catalogue.
• Identify development needs and manage relationships with external training providers.
• Ensure accurate HR data management.
• Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle.
• Act as key user of HR tools, providing support.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Support career development initiatives.
