Asenium Consulting seeks an AI Consultant for an 18-month Brussels project with a hybrid work model. You will drive adoption and governance of AI across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The start date is as soon as possible.

You will identify high-value AI use cases, design proofs of concept, and deliver training while bridging business teams with central AI departments. This role offers strategic impact and client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience are required.
• Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI, including LLMs and chatbots, and HR applications.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, training, and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver training, workshops, coaching sessions, presentations, and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools.
