Job summary

ENTICO is seeking a Test Coordinator for Brussels on a hybrid model. You will plan and execute test strategies, lead QA activities, and collaborate with remote teams across on-site and off-site locations.

The role requires 5+ years in functional testing, 3+ years in test leadership or product ownership, and 2+ years coordinating UAT. Freelance or permanent options are available, with start in 04/2026 and a Brussels location requiring 2 days on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in functional software testing
• 3+ years leading test strategy, planning and execution
• 2+ years coordinating or supervising UAT activities
• 3+ years as Product Owner or equivalent in Agile environments
• Experience with distributed/offshore QA or development teams
• Experience in a planning department
