Sogeti Belgium seeks a Test Automation Lead & Architect to design scalable automation frameworks, steer automation strategy, and lead QA teams. You will collaborate with clients to assess needs, define roadmaps, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines while driving continuous improvement.

Applicants should have 8–10 years in test automation, be fluent in Dutch and English, and command a broad set of automation tools. Hybrid work with international opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in test automation architecture/management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, based in Belgium.
• Broad tool expertise across Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, BDD/Cucumber, Tosca, Leapwork, RobotFramework, Jira, Xray, ALM QC, qTest.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor QA professionals, ensuring quality standards.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct tool evaluations, POCs, and drive automation innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation with business goals.
• Hands-on leadership of test automation activities and teams.
