A technology consulting firm is seeking a Test Coordinator in Brussels for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will lead test planning, quality assurance, and team management, requiring at least 5 years of experience in functional software testing and 3 years in test management. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is essential. This position offers flexibility with freelance or permanent employment options and involves working on-site for 2 days per week.

• Overall Testing Experience: min 5 yrs of hands-on experience in functional software testing
• Test Management Experience: mini 3 yrs leading test strategy, planning, and execution
• UAT Coordination: min 2 yrs coordinating or supervising UAT activities
