adesso1 is seeking an experienced IVVQ/Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities in Brussels. The role involves defining the testing strategy, managing performance, and ensuring the quality of software solutions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering and strong skills in test automation and leadership. A hybrid work model is available, requiring 2 days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in test automation and performance testing.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the test strategy and testing means during development phase.
• Assemble and evaluate solution elements for design and performance.
• Monitor and share IVVQ progress with metrics/KPIs.
