Keystone Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager Specialist to lead end-to-end service delivery for client engagements in a consultancy capacity. Based at the client site, you will coordinate internal and external providers, monitor SLAs, and drive improvement initiatives across the SIAM operations.

You will chair service reviews, manage risks and escalations, and ensure transparent reporting while supporting career growth through dynamic projects and exposure to diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Service Management / ITIL at expert level.
• 5+ years in multi-provider governance and coordination.
• 5+ years in escalation and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end service delivery within the domain.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders and providers.
• Organize service reviews and coordination boards.
• Monitor incidents, problems, changes, and improvements.
• Provide clear reporting on service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to professionalize SIAM operations.
