ENGIE Belgium is seeking a Technology Lead – Renewable Energy Systems to drive architecture and development of the Green Power Suite, a portfolio spanning wind, solar, battery, and flexible assets. You will coach a multinational team, shape technical decisions, and ensure delivery aligned with the GPS Refoundation programme.

The role requires a master’s in IT, 10+ years in software development, and strong Python and data skills, across PostgreSQL, APIs, and AWS cloud.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience as Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Technical Architect.
• Strong Python development skills with PostgreSQL and data modelling.

Responsabilités

• Designing and implementing backend services and APIs.
• Drive evolution of technical architecture and SDLC improvements.
• Coach team members on development best practices and mentoring.
• Participate in recruitment and assess technical competencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and GPS Refoundation programme.
