Lighthouse is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to drive frontend platform initiatives, accelerating the Ember-to-React migration while strengthening the design system and tooling for AI-assisted development. You will own and evolve frontend tooling, educate teams, and ensure high-quality output across product and AI agents.

Qualifications
- Senior-level frontend engineer capable of turning goals into plans and delivering outcomes.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript guiding others toward scalable migrations.
- Fluent in patterns for frontend architecture, design systems, and AI-assisted tooling.
Responsabilités
- Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate Lighthouse’s migration from Ember to React without compromising quality.
- Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and strengthen the frontend harness for safe contributor expansion.
- Partner with product engineers and solution architects to understand needs and drive adoption.
