Lighthouse is hiring a Lead Platform Engineer in Belgium to steer frontend platform initiatives, driving the Ember-to-React migration, and strengthening the design system. You will own AI-assisted frontend tooling and ensure safe, scalable delivery across product teams.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects to align goals, educate teams, and build robust delivery pipelines for generative UI and AI agents.

Qualifications

• Senior frontend engineer with proven delivery of complex UI platforms.
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise required.
• Experience with AI development tools and guardrails.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
• Experience with design systems and large-scale framework migrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate work while ensuring quality.
• Own Ember-to-React migration and strengthen the design system.
• Develop tooling, education, and guardrails for safe AI-assisted development.
• Translate goals into plans, manage delivery, and report progress.
• Collaborate with product engineers and solution architects to drive adoption.
