Lighthouse is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to drive frontend platform initiatives, accelerate the Ember-to-React migration, and strengthen the design system and tooling. You will own AI-assisted frontend tooling and collaborate with product teams to deliver safe, scalable frontend experiences for a large user base.

You will lead a small platform team, advance shared foundations, infrastructure, and delivery pipelines that support product teams, generative UI, and AI agents.

Qualifications

Senior-level frontend engineering experience with ownership of initiatives.

Responsabilités

Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate migration from Ember to React without sacrificing quality.
Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and improve the frontend harness for safer contributions.
Shape the design system and guardrails, and enhance tooling, education, and delivery pipelines.
Collaborate with product engineers and solution architects to translate goals into actionable plans and drive adoption.
