Lighthouse is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer in Belgium to drive frontend platform initiatives and accelerate the Ember-to-React migration. You will strengthen the design system, improve tooling, and empower engineers and AI agents to produce high-quality frontend code.

You’ll own AI-assisted frontend tooling, refine the frontend harness, and partner with product engineers and solution architects to enable scalable, reusable components and robust pipelines across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in frontend engineering with proven React/TypeScript expertise.
• Experience migrating large frontend apps and managing design system components.
• Familiar with AI tooling and evaluating tooling for development workflows.
• Strong communication, planning, and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to lead initiatives and deliver high-quality UI at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead frontend platform initiatives and accelerate Ember-to-React migration.
