Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Lead Engineer – Civil Engineering specialized in Bridges and Tunnels in Belgium. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, design civil works from concept to execution, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and engage with clients to tailor offers and contracts. A strong focus on BIM and international collaboration is expected.

Competenze

• Master's in Civil Engineering with construction/infrastructure focus.
• At least 5 years of experience in an engineering office with infrastructure studies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and travel to France, Germany, etc.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate, coach and manage a small project team of structural engineers and draftsmen.
• Design civil works from concept to execution study.
• Ensure budget, scope, timing and quality are met.
• Adhere to quality system and H&S rules on projects.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Team Manager.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Promote integrated design processes across disciplines.
• Respond to client needs with a strong customer focus.
• Prepare offers and contracts with the commercial team; present to customers.
• Promote BIM collaboration according to company vision where applicable.
