Tractebel is seeking a Lead Engineer – Civil Engineering (Bridges & Tunnels) to drive design for major infrastructure projects in Belgium. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shepherd concepts through execution studies, and ensure adherence to budget, scope and schedule while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Master’s in Civil Engineering, 5+ years in infrastructure, and proficiency in SCIA Engineer and FEM tools; travel to France, Germany, etc. is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Construction).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering office focusing on infrastructures.
• Proven experience as design engineer for infrastructure projects across design and construction phases.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small multidisciplinary project team for bridges, tunnels and related civil works.
• Design civil works from concept to execution study.
• Ensure budget, scope, timing and quality meet requirements.
