Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Senior Lead Engineer in Structural Engineering to lead major infrastructure projects in Belgium and internationally. The team comprises about 120 engineers, drafters and BIM specialists across four Belgian locations and Romania, with flexibility to choose your Belgian office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering projects, including complex infrastructures.
• Strong BIM and parametric design experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Provide expert design reviews and guidance across projects.
• Drive BIM and parametric design to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, offers, and contracts with the commercial team.
• Ensure adherence to quality system and health & safety regulations.
• Report progress to management and mentor junior engineers.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated with industry standards and innovations.
