Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering projects, including complex infrastructures such as bridges, tunnels, railways, and airports.
• Proven expertise in leading and managing engineering projects across all phases (sales, contracts, design, studies, tendering, execution).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with BIM and parametric design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch; good command of English or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Leading and managing structural engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Providing technical design reviews and guidance for other projects within the department.
• Driving the use of BIM and parametric design to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Preparing and presenting project proposals, offers, and contracts with the commercial team.
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and fostering continuous learning.
