Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Senior Lead Engineer in Structural Engineering to lead complex infrastructure projects across Belgium. The role offers hybrid work, reports to the Structural Engineering team of about 120 experts, and involves designing with BIM and parametric tools to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, maintain quality and safety, and collaborate with clients and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of experience in structural engineering, including complex infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Provide expert technical guidance and design reviews within the department.
• Drive BIM and parametric design to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare proposals and contracts in collaboration with the commercial team.
