Job summary

Darwin Quantum in Leuven, Belgium is seeking a Senior/Principal Analog and RF IC Design Engineer to lead development of high-speed communication ICs. You will design, simulate, lay out and validate silicon devices using CMOS/SOI tech, contributing across architecture, testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or PhD with strong technical background.
• Proven track record of silicon measurement results.
• Expertise in CMOS analog, RF or millimetre-wave IC design.
• Strong analytical skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, lay out and test analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits.
• Evaluate architectures against state-of-the-art technologies and performance requirements.
• Optimise circuit parameters to meet stringent targets.
• Develop ICs using CMOS and/or SOI technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve performance and processes.
