Job summary

IC Resources is seeking an Analog Technical Team Lead for a semiconductor R&D centre near Leuven, Belgium. You will manage an analog design team, guiding projects from feasibility to production with a focus on robust silicon outcomes.

You will lead engineers, coordinate with international teams, review designs, and drive continuous improvements in flows and tools, while supporting recruitment and team development.

Qualifications

• Significant analog IC design experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with sensor or ASIC top level integration.
• Deep knowledge of blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, references, drivers and amplifiers.
• Recent tapeout and silicon debug experience.
• Good understanding of devices, packaging and reliability.
• Excellent communication and cross-team working skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach analog engineers to deliver milestones on schedule.
• Support IC lifecycle from specification to silicon bring up.
• Plan resource allocation and mentor team members.
• Drive design reviews, fault analysis and technical decisions.
• Enhance design flows, tools and practices to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with international teams and provide status updates.
• Assist with recruitment when required.
