Job summary

Imec in Leuven, Belgium seeks an experienced IC design researcher to actively participate in the innovation and design of RF/mm-wave and high-speed analog/mixed-signal ICs in the most advanced CMOS and III-V technologies.

You will research, design, and push the performance of high-speed RF/analog blocks, drive evolution with scaling, collaborate with experts across fields, and publish results at international conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD required in high-speed analog/mixed-signal and RF/mm-wave IC design.

Responsibilities

• Research and design high-speed RF/analog/mixed-signal ICs in CMOS and IIIV technologies.
• Drive bottom-up evolution of these ICs with scaling.
• Bring new ideas and technical innovations based on solid experience.
• Interact with external partners and pursue new prospects.
• Publish state-of-the-art results in international conferences or journals.
