GardPass Consulting & Space is seeking an IT systems specialist to deploy and manage Windows and Linux servers, integrate with identity providers, and support client apps on workstations. You will gather KPIs, maintain systems, and monitor performance across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires experience with AI/LLM technologies, AWS/Azure, scripting, and strong communication. NATO security clearance or national equivalent is required, with international collaboration involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in IT or related field.
• Must hold NATO SECRET security clearance or national equivalent.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage applications on Windows and Linux servers.
• Integrate applications with identity providers.
• Deploy and support client applications on end-user workstations.
• Gather and report KPIs and service metrics.
• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of assigned systems.
• Monitor application performance and operational environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line end-user support per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Log, monitor and track incidents through helpdesk systems.
• Maintain knowledge bases and document common issues.
