Job summary

Acquism SARL is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L2) for a 12-month project in Belgium. The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and end-user computing, with onsite duties in Brussels, Rotselaar, and Wevelgem and a hybrid working arrangement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of desktop/IT support experience, is fluent in Dutch/Flemish, and can manage device enrollment and support across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop/IT support experience.
• Strong hands-on with Windows 10/11 and M365 apps.
• Experience with Intune and MDM.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with VPN, LAN/WiFi, and basic networking.
• Solid connaissance of Dutch/Flemish language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Perform device installations, upgrades, and configuration.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration using Intune.
• Support hardware lifecycle, IT asset tracking, and CMDB records.
• Provide support for iOS/Android devices and VPN connections.
• Troubleshoot Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
