Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium is seeking a Professional Immersion L&D Support Administrator to support the People Development Hub in Brussels. You will assist in organizing staff learning initiatives, orient learners to suitable learning solutions, and manage administrative tasks for international learning events.

Based in Brussels, you will work under the supervision of LnD Team Leaders, contribute to carbon footprint monitoring, maintain the intranet course catalogue, and ensure smooth

• Provide administrative follow-up for learning initiatives.
• Orient learners to the most appropriate learning solutions.
• Launch applications for learning events and update intranet announcements.
• Coordinate visa arrangements and manage participant data in HR systems.
