Within the HR department of MSF Operational Center of Brussels (OCB), the People Development Hub aims to develop MSF’s people working globally, so they have the capacity and capabilities to meet MSF’s operational needs and objectives. The People Development Hub is currently looking for an L&D Support Administratorto support programme training initiatives.
As the L&D Support Administrator, you will assist the L&D Support administrators to provide adequate, continuous and sustainable support for our staff learning and development needs. You play a key role by providing administrative support to those involved in learning activities as well as facilitating access to those learning solutions. You also follow some specific projects and/or initiatives in line with this vision. You will work under the direct supervision of the LnD Support Team Leader and LnD Administrators, in the LnD Support and Deployment team.
L&D Support administrator
You support the administrative follow-up of learning initiatives organized by MSF. You will orient the learner towards to most appropriate learning solution.
Manage the launching of applications for Learning events.
Update Intranet announcement.
Create Application Form in MS Forms.
Prepare for the Selection Committee for International Learning Events.
Screen applications
Compile a list of applicants for Selection Committee.
Provide administrative support for participants in international learning events:
Send event announcements to the relevant target groups
Coordinate visa arrangements by drafting the appropriate documents based on each applicant’s situation
Ensure participant data is accurately entered into the HR database
Carbon Footprint Monitoring
In collaboration with the Carbon and Environment Data Strategist, assist in calculating the L&D carbon footprint
Contribute written content on efforts made to reduce the carbon footprint
Facilitate access to the learning offer for all staff
Ensure regular communication on the learning offer
Develop and maintain the course catalogue on the intranet for Medical and Operational learning events
Other activities
Participate in LnD Support Team meetings and others as needed
Take on specific dossiers linked to your interest and that of the unit
Additional tasks linked to the People Development Hub might be proposed and developed

Quick learner
Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package (including Forms, Onedrive, Sharepoint)
Languages
Proficiency in French and English, both written & spoken is mandatory
Expected starting date: As soon as possible
Location: Brussels (Belgium)
Contract Duration: 6 months
