Job summary

ING in Brussels is seeking a Customer Journey Expert – Logic & Rules / Managed Data & NCA to join the KYC foundations team. You will help design, implement and maintain the logic, rules, and data assets that power compliant, scalable CDD processes across the bank.

You will own Managed Data and NCA components, work with Compliance, Risk and IT, and drive automation, traceability and risk monitoring across onboarding, reviews and events.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; translate policy/risk requirements into structured logic.
• Affinity with risk engines, rules-based decisioning or lifecycle monitoring solutions such as NCA.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes (Compliance, Risk, IT, Architecture).
• Process and data-oriented mindset; aim for scalability and reusability.
• Comfortable working in agile or change-driven delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional design and lifecycle management of Managed Data tables, ensuring policy-compliant data.
• Contribute to the functional ownership of NCA with lifecycle risk monitoring and rule-based triggers.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into deterministic rules across Managed Data and NCA.
• Design and maintain risk lifecycle monitoring logic that triggers events, reviews or cases.
• Define data/engine interaction to align customer data, risk indicators and decision outcomes.
