Job summary

Calculatrice is seeking a KYC Analyst to ensure the consistency and completeness of KYC documents in line with regulatory requirements. The role involves managing third-party KYC data, performing data verification, and supporting the deployment of the control plan.

You will contribute to data governance, participate in quality checks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while coordinating with internal teams across Compliance, Legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to verify and complete KYC documents.
• Familiarity with data repositories and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify KYC elements in light of regulatory requirements.
• Create and update entries for third-party holders subject to KYC.
• Ensure data reliability in repositories over time.
• Search for and gather KYC elements on different sites to improve completeness.
• Correct inconsistencies identified in the process.
