Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Customer Care Officer for the HORECA market (Dutch profile) to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, delivering ongoing commercial follow-up and retention. You will connect with consultants and salespeople to ensure contract follow-ups and quick responses in a fast-paced sector.

You will join a dedicated Horeca team to strengthen relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and drive customer success across Belgium with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Knowledge of the HORECA sector.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Highly organised and autonomous.
• Valid work permit for Belgium and 0–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 contracts on the HORECA market (restaurant & coffee shop).
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored product demonstrations.
• Be the first point of contact to assist and guide Odoo customers for best experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and optimal solutions.
• Communicate with customers by email and phone, with on-site visit opportunities.
• Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to upgrade existing agreements.

The Customer Care Manager is a key role partnering with our customers and connecting their adoption, expansion and renewal phases. This role is supported by several teams, including the Sales, Support and Services team.

About the job

You will join the Horeca team to manage a portfolio of clients in the hospitality sector and build long-term business relationships with them by ensuring ongoing commercial follow-up and customer retention, analyzing their needs and identifying new opportunities to support their growth with Odoo, acting as the link between consultants and salespeople to ensure optimal contract follow-up, and responding quickly to requests in a sector where responsiveness makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of +/- 250 contracts on the HORECA market (restaurant & coffee shop)
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored product demonstrations
• Reactive approach: Being the first point of contact to assist and guide your Odoo customers so that they can benefit from the best possible experience throughout their project
  
• Project management: work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and deliver the best possible solutions for customers
• Customer interaction: communicate regularly with customers by email and phone, with opportunities to visit them on-site
• Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to upgrade existing agreements

Must have

• Bachelor Degree
• A good business knowledge + knowledge of the HORECA sector
• Perfect written and spoken English + French +Dutch
• Highly organised and autonomous
• Time, stress and priority management
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Between 0 to 5 years of experience
