Bouwkampioen, Belgium's rapidly growing platform for building materials, seeks a friendly customer service agent. You are the first point of contact for customers by phone, chat, WhatsApp and email, answering product, order, delivery and quotation questions in Dutch, French or English.

You will provide administrative support, processing orders, returns and credit notes, keep customer records up to date, and suggest improvements to workflows as the team grows.

Responsabilités

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, by phone, chat, WhatsApp and email.
• You answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and quotations in Dutch, French or English.
• If something goes wrong, you find a solution and follow up until the customer is satisfied.
